Mr. Leal’s background includes high-level positions at global consulting firms in an advisory and investigative capacity. Most recently, he was a senior director of the Mexico and Colombia practices at J.S. Held LLC and held positions at Berkely Research Group, ON Partners and Kroll.
Mr. Leal is skilled at positioning critical agendas, mapping competitive landscapes, assessing political and operational risks, and identifying solutions to complex challenges in order to achieve favorable outcomes.
Prior to joining the advisory world, Mr. Leal was a journalist and editor in Agencia EFE’s bureau in Mexico, the largest Spanish language news agency in the world, where he often led numerous news teams and investigative stories.
