Stephanie Douglas, President, National Security Practice, was recognized for her extensive experience leading audits and monitorships of CFIUS-related National Security Agreements. A former FBI executive assistant director with 20 years of service overseeing the Bureau’s national security investigations and operations, Douglas brings unparalleled expertise to multifaceted national security engagements, including complex investigations and CFIUS matters.
Keith Ausbrook, Senior Managing Director, was honored for his leadership in CFIUS monitorships and advisory work. Ausbrook’s distinguished career includes serving as executive secretary of the Homeland Security Council at the White House, as well as senior counsel roles on multiple House committees focused on national security, homeland security, and government oversight.
Ken Mendelson, Senior Managing Director, was named to the list for his expertise at the intersection of law, technology, and public policy. Mendelson is a leader in the firm’s cybersecurity and privacy services and has been selected to serve as a third-party monitor and auditor under multiple national security agreements. Earlier in his career, he served as counsel to the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary.
