Guidepost Solutions was jointly selected by a global food and beverage company and a state attorney general’s office to serve as an independent reviewer following a settlement involving the company’s prior workplace equity and employment practices. The engagement required a detailed compliance assessment of the company’s relevant policies, procedures, practices, and supporting documentation. Guidepost’s team evaluated and reported directly to the regulator whether the company was in compliance with the settlement agreement and had implemented all settlement-mandated changes to its employment practices.
