Summary

We are seeking a full-time bilingual Analyst who will support and work on high stakes litigation and disputes in the Americas. Our clients are international litigators and business decision-makers who rely on us to find critical information to help solve their, and their clients’ challenges. We handle difficult cases in a hands-on fashion and find facts in challenging environments.

The successful bilingual candidate will have:

He/ she will also have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position with another investigative or consulting firm, or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Conduct research in open source media, databases and in public records obtained from federal and county courts, county clerks, secretaries of state and other places
  • Analyze and interpret the information obtained, using judgment, knowledge and intelligence
  • Conduct interviews of clients and witnesses, in person or on the telephone
  • Create and deliver bespoke, high-quality investigative reports
  • Engage with other analysts and with senior management
  • Work independently or in the field, using his/ her personal initiative

Required Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree, or higher
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a comparable field, such as investigations, research, the law or consulting
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Travel

Travel out-of-area to other regional offices and internationally is expected.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with additional work required as our cases and client’s demand.
