Edriss Moradi is a consultant with more than 10 years of experience. He has broad knowledge in physical security, security systems design and integration, project management, and process management.
Prior to joining Guidepost, Mr. Moradi was a Project Manager, specializing in security installation projects and their integration with access control systems. He managed multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, end users, business partners and contractors to provide technical direction in compliance with quality assurance and company standards. He improved overall process flow, working with numerous stakeholders across functional teams including engineers, technical project managers, subjects matter experts, and external vendors.
During his career, Mr. Moradi has built and managed teams of security specialists, coordinating between in-house and external client teams. He has also led the integration of systems, processes, and workflows for utilizing physical security protocols and softwares including C-CURE and CCTV. His project work has paved the way for accelerated growth, enabling his clients to achieve security gains above target.
