Bill Riley joined the Radical Compliance Podcast where he discussed the anticipated shifts in immigration compliance enforcement under the incoming Trump Administration. Bill advised to proactively identify employees with temporary protections and regularly re-verify their status. “You may not be able to help that worker, but at least from an operational and compliance standpoint, you know what that impact will be to your current workforce,” said Bill.

As the president for compliance, Bill Riley leads the Financial Institutions and Immigration and Border Services practices. He is also a member of the Monitoring and National Security practices in the Washington, D.C. office of Guidepost Solutions.
