Oakland County, Michigan After Action Report

Please be advised that the release of Oakland County Government Independent After-Action Report: An Analysis of Multi-Agency Response and Recovery Efforts During and in the Aftermath of the Oxford High School Shooting on November 30, 2021 has been issued. This report, commissioned by Oakland County, Michigan, evaluated the multi-agency response and recovery. The report focuses on various aspects, including the effectiveness of first responders, command and coordination, interagency communication, recovery efforts for community and first responder mental health, and identifying strengths and weaknesses in existing protocols and training. Please click here to download the report.
