He is a qualified lawyer in the United Kingdom after completing his training contract with London shipping law firm Swinnerton Moore LLP. He gained substantial experience in litigation support, electronic document review, and multi-lingual research for various law firms and other clients in the United Kingdom.

Jon DeLena brings over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, investigations, and security to his role as Senior Managing Director at Guidepost. Specializing in complex investigations, Mr. DeLena has a distinguished history of leadership and accomplishments. His career includes conducting intricate domestic and international investigations and holding pivotal leadership positions, culminating in his role as Associate Administrator of the DEA, the agency’s #3 position worldwide.

Sam Anson has more than 20 years of experience in the investigations field with a reputation of handling the most difficult and high-stakes cases in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. His clients include top litigators in the United States. He has also partnered with leading European investigators to carry out projects in the region.

Robert Jenkins has more than 14 years of experience in the investigations field specializing in fraud and internal investigations, litigation support, business intelligence, and reputation management. He has spearheaded numerous fraud cases throughout Latin America and led several large litigation support cases.

Julio Rodriguez is a trained professional in government affairs and international relations and senior director for Guidepost Solutions’ Bogotá office. In his professional experience, he focuses on leading complex investigations throughout Latin America related to multi-jurisdictional corruption cases for both the private and public sectors, internal fraud, and white collar and organized crime investigations.
