Richard P. Sullivan has four decades of experience in law enforcement, internal/external enterprise risk, and global investigations in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Sullivan rejoined Guidepost after spending 11 years as executive director and global head of investigations at JPMorgan Chase where he oversaw complex domestic and global investigations relating to financial crimes, internal/external fraud matters, electronic crimes, and other incidents impacting the institution. He was responsible for collecting and documenting evidence, identifying suspects, conducting interviews, and performing root cause analyses. During his tenure, Mr. Sullivan developed and launched its construction monitoring group, which oversees all the institution’s global projects.

Andrew Abernathy is a principal consultant at Guidepost and specializes in emergency management, crisis management, and economic development planning.

Matthew Paul is a managing director, with over 30 years of experience in financial investigations, forensic accounting, and forensic auditing.
