Courtney H. Fletcher is a President of the Guidepost Solutions Data + Technology Advisory practice, part of a leading investigations, compliance, monitoring and security firm. He has over 25 years of experience advising clients in complex litigation and large-scale investigative matters, where he is responsible for developing and implementing case and matter strategies that apply technology to data and technology driven problems for corporate and legal clients.
Mr. Fletcher’s work spans data analytics and discovery, digital forensics, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance. His experience includes database collections and analysis, large scale data identification, acquisition and production in litigation and regulatory matters, and data preservation and acquisition through analysis, production and supporting testimony. He reviews and assesses cybersecurity programs, data protection practices and system designs in connection with security incidents, and conducts source code review and analysis.
He regularly supports government appointed monitors and monitoring trustees with technology review, centralized data repositories and reporting, and he has served in interim technology leadership and IT governance capacities for clients navigating operational, compliance and bankruptcy related challenges. His experience also includes intellectual property theft investigations, independent regulatory assessments, and the development of custom applications and technology solutions to support litigation, investigative and business needs. Mr. Fletcher’s experience includes artificial intelligence and AI review in connection with these matters, and he has provided written and oral expert testimony on technology and data related issues.
