Guidepost Solutions Bolsters Security Technology Capabilities with Two New Hires – Anthony Dozier and Matthew Lyons join in Dallas

May 26, 2021 - Guidepost Solutions, a global leader in compliance, investigations, and security and technology consulting, announced the hiring of Anthony Dozier as associate vice president and Matthew Lyons as director, security consulting in its Dallas office. As security and security technology continue to move to the forefront of all business operations, the addition of Dozier and Lyons to the Dallas team comes at a critical time, allowing Guidepost Solutions to meet the growing needs of its clients.

Dozier is an experienced security technology professional with a proven record of delivering world-class technically based solutions by fostering a culture of data-driven continuous improvement and collaboration. Immediately prior to joining Guidepost, he served as the director of enterprise sales for a premier provider of commercial security, fire, life safety, and risk consulting services in the U.S. There Dozier led a team responsible for cultivating new and existing business in the electronic security solutions sector. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electronic technology from California Creek University and a certification in computer technology from the National Institute of Technology.

Lyons is a senior executive with global experience and a proven ability to establish and execute organizational security processes, practices, and policies. Prior to joining Guidepost, he served as vice president of security for a multinational investor-owned healthcare services company where he developed and implemented procedures to ensure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors across hundreds of locations. Lyons also created and implemented a global security incident reporting tool to give the organization in depth analysis of trends, allowing proper remediation actions to mitigate risk. Lyons earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from North Central Texas College and is an ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
