Dreamforce, Salesforce’s annual conference and largest technology industry event, attracts more than 100,000 registered attendees. When Salesforce looked to improve the conference’s overall security, crowd management and emergency operations, the company reached out to Guidepost Solutions.

Our team developed an overall event operations center at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.  The operations center housed a temporary video solution to provide overall situational awareness and assist with crowd management and safety. Our design served as part of the overall conference experience. Working closely with Salesforce and their event production team, we directed the security and crowd safety plan from the event operations center and provided highly experienced crowd management zone leads to resolve any incidents or crises that may occur.

Each year, the conference includes a celebration concert featuring live performances from A-list talent for 40,000 of their attendees, where we also run the security and crowd management for that event.
