This strategic move, coupled with the addition of Megan Kilzy as managing director, underscores Guidepost Solutions’ commitment to provide cutting-edge solutions for clients navigating emerging, cross-border and sensitive issues.

Dizik, who has been with Guidepost Solutions since 2019, specializes in crisis strategy; cross-border, emerging, and sensitive investigations; and global compliance assessments. His proven track record and innovative approach earned him recognition as the sole American-based investigations consultant on Global Investigations Review’s (GIR) 2024 “40 Under 40” list. Dizik will continue to lead the practice in addressing the most pressing and intricate risks faced by a diverse clientele, including corporations, digital asset companies, high-net-worth individuals, and public figures worldwide. His expertise encompasses overseeing complex global investigations; supervising the development and assessment of ethics and compliance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and privacy programs; as well as leading the forensic tracing and recovery of digital assets.  A member of the Washington, D.C. and New York Bars, Dizik is regularly called on to advise board directors and executive officers for critical business and reputational decisions and in response to their most public and private crises.

Talamentez is a former FBI special agent with extensive experience in cybercrime and digital asset investigations, white-collar crime, fraud investigations, and national security matters. She has several certifications related to digital asset tracing and crypto assets.

Kilzy, a Certified Fraud Examiner, brings significant expertise in white-collar crime, fraud investigations, and regulatory enforcement. Most recently, she was a partner in the White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations practice at Cole Schotz, P.C. She is also a former assistant prosecutor in the Financial Crimes Unit at Bergen County (New Jersy) Prosecutor’s Office.

Established in 2022, the Guidepost Solutions Emerging Issues and Technology practice provides crisis management counseling and specializes in leading cross-border, emerging, and sensitive investigations as well as innovative investigations using technologies such as AI and automation. The group also helps companies establish rigorous programs to maintain compliance with existing and emerging regulations. The Emerging Issues and Technology practice works with other practice groups across the company, including the Technology Advisory Services group, led by experts in data collection and analysis, Compliance team, led by former chief compliance officers, and Investigations teams, led by former prosecutors and law enforcement agents. Bradley Dizik advises publicly held, private and not-for-profit institutions on integrity issues, including development and evaluation of ethics and compliance programs and related best practices, institutional structure and culture, risk oversight, board and committee structure, board and executive leadership, independent and internal investigations, and audits and assessments. Mr. Dizik is currently advising the President and Board of Regents of the University of Michigan on the implementation of internal controls and structural and cultural transformation efforts in response to its sexual misconduct crisis. He is also a key member of the team investigating and assessing the Southern Baptist Convention’s handling of sexual abuse allegations and related treatment of survivors and practice reform efforts.
