Mr. Ubaldini, managing director at Guidepost, is a New York Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with over a decade of experience in forensic investigations, auditing, regulatory compliance, and public accounting. He specializes in the complexities of corporate institutions as they pertain to regulatory compliance and professional standards, including ARPA and other SLFRF programs. He has led complex financial investigations, conducted forensic audits, and provided advisory services in matters involving fraud, waste, abuse, and regulatory violations. His work has encompassed risk assessments, internal control reviews, compliance evaluations, and litigation support across both public and private sectors.
Mr. Ubaldini has developed and implemented audit strategies that identified control weaknesses and recommended remediation to strengthen compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations. Mr. Ubaldini has analyzed contractor billings, labor and material costs, and project expenditures to ensure financial integrity in large-scale construction and real estate projects. He has also prepared detailed reports and presented findings to executive leadership, regulators, and other stakeholders to support decision-making and compliance obligations.
