Throughout his career, Mr. Carosello has performed detailed security assessments and led the design and implementation of integrated security systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and mass notification. His approach emphasizes collaboration with end users, architects, integrators, and contractors to ensure tailored, effective outcomes.
Mr. Carosello has managed complex security consulting engagements, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle from scope development through documentation, design, and construction administration.
