As Senior Managing Director, Eliza Weber works closely with clients, including institutions of higher education, on regulatory and compliance challenges. Drawing on her consulting work and her quality and safety experience within a prominent medical institution, she provides strategic guidance on adherence to federal civil rights regulations and assists organizations in cultivating environments that are both safe and legally compliant.
Ms. Weber’s background includes using data-driven analytics to help clients accelerate growth and find solutions to optimize their business goals. As a seasoned business advisor, she also provides counsel to clients on how to align employee behaviors with strategic outcomes.
Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Ms. Weber worked in consulting roles on key projects which included evaluating and preparing materials related to money laundering and terrorist financing activities, developing an assessment of misconduct and harassment on an Ivy League campus for presentation to on-campus law enforcement; developing action plans to drive growth for various businesses; and establishing clear and consistent messaging across strategic platforms to increase customer engagement and e-commerce performance.
Previously, Ms. Weber had a significant career in product marketing. She served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Perry Ellis International and launched products in Sao Paulo, Brazil for Clairol. Ms. Weber began her career in brand management at Kraft Foods. In addition, prior to graduate school, she worked in manufacturing for J.Crew.
Ms. Weber serves as Chair Emeritus of the Patient Family Advisory Council (PFACQ) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). Notably, she led a multidisciplinary Operational Excellence initiative to enhance post-treatment care; worked closely on MSK’s implementation and compliance with the 21st Century Cares Act; and had an influential role in its transformation into a telemedicine platform. Ms. Weber currently leads PFACQ’s quality subcommittee. She has served on MSK’s Hospital, Interdisciplinary, Department of Medicine, and Pediatric Quality Assurance Committees and has presented her work at the American Society of Clinical Oncology and The Beryl Institute.
