Senior Analyst

Ms. Angelica Domínguez brings extensive experience in investigations, intelligence analysis, and risk assessments to Guidepost, with a focus on security institutions and complex operational environments in Latin America. Her work has addressed issues such as institutional risk, corruption, and criminal dynamics, always grounded in strategic analysis and multidisciplinary methodologies. In parallel with her investigative work, she has supported justice and security institutions in strengthening their analytical capabilities through the development of tools, training programs, and technical protocols..  

Ms. Domínguez has led the design and implementation of complex projects aimed at strengthening the investigative and analytical capacities of public institutions. She has directed teams in the development of training programs, technical tools, and policy frameworks, providing actionable guidance to improve institutional performance. Her contributions have supported efforts to improve criminal analysis methodologies, build institutional resilience, and promote operational coordination across agencies.

Throughout her career, Ms. Domínguez has provided technical support on risk assessment, strategic planning, and intelligence analysis. She has produced analytical products and strategic reports used to inform decision-making at high levels, particularly in contexts requiring an understanding of political dynamics, public security challenges, and organized crime. Her expertise includes the application of open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques, the use of digital investigative tools, and the development of prospective assessments.

Ms. Domínguez has worked closely with law enforcement, correctional systems, and public security institutions, facilitating inter-agency coordination and building lasting partnerships. She has conducted audits, delivered specialized training, and guided organizations through compliance and accreditation processes to align with international standards.

She holds a Master’s degree in Political Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Ms. Domínguez has also completed advanced training in data analytics, risk analysis, and criminal justice statistics with a gender perspective. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has experience using analytical tools for data visualization, trend identification, and the processing of telephone records in investigative contexts.
