Rith Kem specializes in the areas of data analytics and electronic investigations. He has 15 years of digital forensics and data consulting experience, guiding international organizations and law firms faced with challenges in identifying, protecting, and monetizing corporate assets through data gathering and classifying intelligence sources.

Mr. Kem has led initiatives on protecting against insider threats, overseeing data mapping, and building risk-based models to triage threat and to identify non-compliance risk. Throughout his career, he has designed impactful workflows to scale investigations and complex data analytics to assess IT workflows, design, and implement compliance controls and monitoring programs; provide reactive and proactive Cyber-response involving financial transactions and unstructured data; and development of global eDiscovery teams responsible for cross-border DOJ, SEC, and FCPA investigations.

Mr. Kem’s technical and program management expertise also includes electronic discovery and discovery management, software development, and data mapping systems for compliance and investigations. He is an expert in merging intelligent data sources across various investigatory workstreams to identify patterns that result in expedited conclusions and response times. He has assisted multiple international clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Asia, and South America to source information and expedite discovery in response to corruption and insider threats.

Mr. Kem’s litigation experience spans multiple industries including pharmaceutical, automotive, physical security, healthcare, and financial institutions.
