Morgan Maiorino is a compliance and investigations analyst at Guidepost Solutions. She supports the Investigations + Business Intelligence, Corporate Risk + Compliance, Institutional Integrity, and Immigration + Border Services practice groups.

Ms. Maiorino participated in a variety of engagements providing detailed progress tracking and project management for cultural assessments and independent investigations. Additionally, she provides interview support, document review, research, and due diligence reports to fulfill client needs for private and corporate investigations and litigation support.

Utilizing the same research skills, Ms. Maiorino has supported bank compliance projects by reviewing anti-money laundering alerts to determine their type and disposition. Recently, she provided analyses for the Southern Baptist Convention investigation, led interviews as part of an IT audit during the monitorship of a corporate acquisition, and drafted visa petitions to facilitate individuals’ entry to the United States.

Prior to joining Guidepost, Ms. Maiorino served as a public relations and crisis management research intern where she compiled news stories into reconnaissance reports for clients and researched journalists, authors, and media entities to formulate media-balancing strategies. She also served as a human resources intern where she developed a sales playbook to promote the company’s educational services.
