In his previous role, Mr. Keeper was responsible for managing the organization’s 24/7 global command center, where he reviewed and coordinated all physical security impairments. Mr. Keeper began his career as a security reaction force team leader in the U.S. Navy. He served as a subject matter expert providing tactical consulting for response to various threats against naval vessel, personnel, pier, and assets, including bomb threat, pier penetration, small boat attack, and active shooter. He orchestrated and conducted weekly tactical training, and participated in naval battle readiness exercises.
