Jon Jolibois has over 36 years of experience in the security and low-voltage industry. His responsibilities have included field installations, project management, field supervision, research and development, system design and programming, site surveys, drawings, and specifications. Mr. Jolibois’ varied depth of experience has been instrumental in ensuring the integration of industry standards to project deliverables.

At Guidepost, Mr. Jolibois has been involved with notable engagements, including a data center design for Microsoft, where he was an embedded project manager, as well as a network intercom system design project at Facebook’s 27-building campus headquarters.

Prior to joining Guidepost, Mr. Jolibois spent 20 years at ADT Security, where he began as a project manager and later became the installation manager for Western Washington. While at ADT, he managed security system installations at courthouses in Alaska and Western Washington. The project involved the first fiberoptic courthouse in the country, a 13-story structure with over 500 card readers. Mr. Jolibois also installed security systems at other government facilities, including Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency, and U.S. Marshals Service buildings.

Mr. Jolibois has also managed installations for many major financial institutions, including Washington Mutual, Bank of America, and Chase. As a service manager at RFI, Mr. Jolibois managed the installation of over 4,000 cameras at all of Boeing’s assembly plants in Western Washington.
