Frank A. Innocente has more than 30 years of operational and accounting/finance experience in manufacturing and service industries. As controller for Guidepost, Mr. Innocente is responsible for supervising the quality of accounting and financial reporting and oversees the company’s worldwide accounting operations.

Mr. Innocente has an extensive background in cost analysis, project accounting, financial analysis, managerial accounting, and financial reporting. He is results-focused and a creative thinker, always looking for cost efficient solutions to drive revenue.

Mr. Innocente has worked for several Fortune 500 public companies, such as Greyhound and Dial. Immediately prior to joining Guidepost, he was vice president of operations for an operating unit at Dial. During this time, he also served as head of cost accounting and financial analysis for more than 20 years.

Mr. Innocente received his Master of Business Administration degree in accounting from Adelphi University as well as his Bachelor’s in accounting.
