Anthony M. Collura has been with Guidepost Solutions since its founding in 2010. He serves as the firm’s Chief Legal Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary and is a member of its Board of Directors. Throughout his career, Mr. Collura has provided professional advice to both private and public companies spanning various industries including security, identity management, biometrics, cyber security, data analytics, financial services, telecommunications, transportation, construction, digital media, entertainment, manufacturing, brokerage, insurance and software. He has provided guidance with respect to a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and compliance; securities law compliance and reporting; public and private securities offerings; mergers and acquisitions; sale transactions; secured and unsecured loan transactions; commercial credit and lease transactions; intellectual property transactions; and joint venture and company formation transactions.

Mr. Collura has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Revolutionary Security LLC, a cyber security firm and Signafire Technologies, a big data analytics firm, both of which companies were sold in 2020. Previously, Mr. Collura served as Town Attorney for the Town of Pelham, New York and was the managing partner at multiple New York City based law firms.

In addition to his roles with Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Collura is the Corporate Secretary for Guidepost’s parent company, SolutionPoint International, Inc. (SPI). He also serves as General Counsel and equity member of Carriage House Partners, LLC, a principal shareholder in SPI.

Mr. Collura is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. In addition to his education, he is a graduate of Fordham Preparatory School.
