A false alarm at Milwaukee’s Zeidler building revealed troubling gaps in city security — and reignited calls for change. From missed warnings to broken intercoms, officials say it could’ve been much worse. Jim Hayes shared his expertise on the aftermath. “After an incident like this, people are going to be on edge a little bit, there’s going to be a heightened, intensive attention to what is and what is not at this facility,” said Jim.
