Levi’s Stadium
The San Francisco 49ers retained Guidepost Solutions to act as their owner’s representative for its new stadium, Levi’s Stadium in California. Our team provided executive level management and oversight for implementation of security and emergency preparedness.
Our services involved reviewing the security system, which resulted in a redeployment of more than 200 devices in the design package. We also developed a robust set of documentation that details an emergency preparedness plan for the new stadium along with security protocols for managing the wide variety of incidents that arise in the unique, operated environment of the National Football League, along with other major events that will be hosted at this facility. The documentation will be used in both hard-copy format and as “living” electronic files that are available for responders both in the command center and via handheld devices in the field. Our team also conducted tabletop operations readiness exercises for the stadium staff and local agencies to prepare for and practice solving incidents and crises.
