Car Wash Facilities
An investigation by the Attorney General of the State of New York revealed that two companies operating car wash facilities in the New York City area had not paid its workers appropriate legal wages in years. Guidepost was retained to assist with administering and distributing compensatory payments and to verify that the companies had undertaken corrective measures to ensure workers were paid legal wages in the future.
