In 2020, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey engaged Guidepost to serve as Integrity Monitor to oversee, from an integrity standpoint, all facets of construction work to be undertaken as part of the Terminal 8 Redevelopment Program at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Guidepost is tasked with ensuring performance according to the highest ethical standards by creating proactive, customized solutions to prevent or deter fraud, corruption, waste, financial malfeasance and violations of law from occurring. Guidepost’s integrated integrity monitoring team is comprised of attorneys, investigators, forensic accountants and industry specialists with extensive investigative, law enforcement and construction industry experience. As the Integrity Monitor, Guidepost reports directly to the Port Authority’s Office of Inspector General.
