Guidepost Solutions

Guidepost is working with Howard Brown Health to develop a security master plan for 17 locations in the Chicago area. Our scope of work includes evaluating existing security systems and new technologies and developing a roadmap to migrate the existing systems to a common platform for enhanced operational oversight and administration. We are working collaboratively with Howard Brown Health, developing its security strategy, creating a technical systems bid package that includes design drawings, technical specification, and an operational narrative, managing the competitive bid process, and commissioning the building security and technology systems. This project is utilizing a design/bid/build construction method.

Benefit to the Client

The master plan provides Howard Brown Health the opportunity to strategically plan for enhancements over time. In addition, migrating to a common security and safety platform provides cost efficiencies across the enterprise that can be reallocated to support the mission of the organization.
