Guidepost Solutions was retained by the Concord Hospital in New Hampshire to provide a security systems technology assessment and upgrade strategy. Upon completion of the evaluation and plan, the hospital further retained our team to perform a threat, risk and vulnerability assessment of the main hospital campus and its various off-site offices.

Our assessment resulted in the development of a technology upgrade plan for all hospital premises which included access control, video, intercom communications, key management systems and others. We also reviewed their policies, procedures and operational staffing requirements. Based on our recommendations, the hospital elected to replace and upgrade its access control systems; re-badge its entire employee and contractor population; replace and upgrade its video systems; and design and construct a new safety department operations center to monitor and manage all systems. In addition, we were selected to conduct technology evaluations, prepare bid documents and provide project implementation support.
