Guidepost Solutions was hired by a fashion designer’s attorneys to provide litigation support and investigation services during litigation with a formerly associated individual whose company was selling products resembling her well-known brand in trade dress presentations that copied hers. Our investigative team coordinated field research; videotaped and photographed displays and products at the individual’s numerous retail stores; identified and interviewed former employees; and researched the individual’s related entities including trademark, patent and import/export research in Hong Kong, China and the United States.
