The New York Yankees + Yankees Stadium
Guidepost Solutions conducted a comprehensive vulnerability assessment for the New York Yankees organization. The assessment addressed current protective measures and response protocols to incidents that could threaten the safety of the organization, the team, the stadium and their fans. In addition to reviewing security measures designed to protect the team while in New York, the assessment also focused on a security strategy for the team during road trips.
Due to the success of our assessment report, the Yankees reselected our team to perform a threat and vulnerability assessment and devise a security program for their stadium in the Bronx, New York. We identified threats and vulnerabilities for both the stadium and its adjacencies and completed a detailed analysis of the existing organization’s security operations to identify program challenges. Ultimately, we developed a comprehensive security program strategy, utilizing the latest security technologies to improve detection, surveillance, and documentation of the stadium assets, while ensuring that the stadium security operation was flexible and compatible with changing threat environments.
