Compliance Administrative Assistant

Summary

As an integral team player to dynamic practice, this position supports our expanding Compliance practice. We are looking for someone who has a strong administrative background with high attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once.

Core Responsibilities

  • Constant use and awareness of multiple communication streams, including email, Microsoft Teams chat, and mobile phone calls
  • Aid with onboarding subcontractors; once onboarded, ensuring their time and expenses are entered
  • Aids team in booking and coordination of travel, as needed
  • Aids team in entering time and expenses
  • Light accounting duties including pre-bill review and collections coordination;
  • Assistance with extracting project reports from Power BI and providing them to project managers;
  • Attention to detail with all project functions is critical and essential
  • Reports generation, as needed

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ providing administrative support to a team
  • Experience working with multi-levels of management and handling multiple requests at once in a fast-paced environment; works well independently as well as in teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; including Excel, and Word
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written, is a key component of this role

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hybrid position. In office presence will be as needed and depending on meetings and other work requirements. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, much of the work may be done sitting at a desk, using a computer, typing, handling phone calls, filing, and using office equipment such as printers and copiers.  The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Salary Range

The base annual salary range offered for this position is based on numerous factors, including job-related skills and knowledge, experience, specific location, relevant education and/or training. In addition to the annual salary, we offer a full benefits package.
