Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual for a full-time, non-exempt position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in daily office operations and project management. Responsibilities include supporting various project phases, ensuring their effectiveness, and overseeing their successful completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities

  • Draft and complete concise reports summarizing information by working with case managers.
  • Conduct background check investigations and other research using open-source media research techniques, to search state, local, and federal court databases, among others.
  • Based on scope of projects, may interview client employees, coordinate technical support, and identify and order records with outside vendors.
  • Support business development and marketing efforts by researching companies, industries, or specific individuals.
  • Assist with new business presentations.
  • Work with other researchers collaboratively to exchange of ideas.
  • Extensive use of databases both internally and externally.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree minimum and 1-3 years of industry/sector experience preferred
  • Strong internet research, writing, data analysis, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, much of the work may be done sitting at a desk, using a computer, typing, handling phone calls, filing, and using office equipment such as printers and copiers.  The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hybrid position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For any deviation, please consult with your supervisor.

Travel

Travel out-of-area to other regional offices and internationally may be expected.

The base annual salary range offered for this position is based on numerous factors, including job-related skills and knowledge, experience, specific location, relevant education and/or training. In addition to the annual salary, we offer a full benefits package.
