Mr. Alexandre Yemeck serves as a research analyst at Guidepost Solutions, bringing more than two decades of experience in immigration law, litigation support, and legal research. He has provided guidance on a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, non-immigrant visas, permanent residency, and naturalization. His background includes drafting complex legal documents, preparing motions and briefs, and supporting clients throughout the adjudication process.
Mr. Yemeck has extensive experience in trial preparation, having supported attorneys in federal immigration litigation and managed case strategies through all phases of proceedings. He conducted legal research, developed case exhibits, and drafted memoranda and reports, including submissions prepared for congressional review. His work required close collaboration with government agencies and the courts, ensuring compliance with established legal standards and procedures.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Yemeck has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at Northwestern California University.
