Tung Nguyen is a research analyst supporting our Immigration Practice in visa related matters.  Nr. Nguyen also conducts comprehensive audits of employer I-9 compliance, IER matters, and visa regulation changes. He regularly communicates with immigration paralegals and attorneys to prepare necessary documents for visa petition/applications when filing with the U.S Government. Mr. Nguyen monitors the case preparation process from start to finish to ensure accuracy to the client. He has an adept skill set in immigration filing including H1B, L1, O1, EB1/EB2/EB3, AOS and PERM.

Prior to joining Guidepost, Mr. Nguyen worked for the global law firm, Nixon Peabody. He collaborated closely with local legal secretaries and paralegals to provide onsite administrative support. Mr. Nguyen was also a global mobility case assistant at Dentons US LLP. He was made the primary case assistant for Vietnamese-speaking clients. He would assist in the immigration filing process to ensure the proper documentation was in order.
