Nicole Krivitskiy is a senior research analyst at Guidepost Solutions, where she works with clients on domestic and international investigations, due diligence, and regulatory matters. Ms. Krivitskiy conducted complex investigative research involving federal and state criminal and civil records, regulatory filings, and open-source media. Her work included validating education, employment history, and professional credentials, as well as analyzing public records to identify inconsistencies, adverse information, and potential risk relevant to client objectives.

She performed international investigative due diligence across multiple jurisdictions and coordinated research efforts to ensure consistency and reliability of findings. Ms. Krivitskiy also conducted social media investigations to evaluate potential reputational risk and discrepancies between documented records and public representations.
