In her current role, she supports consulting, monitorship, and investigative engagements by leading efforts in forensic data acquisition, environment reconstruction, and data restoration to enable comprehensive analysis and evidentiary review.
Ms. Thiagarajan provides advisory support through data-driven analysis to assess the impact of business and regulatory rules, identify data quality risks, and deliver independent findings, while overseeing the implementation of data governance frameworks to support compliance and sustained effectiveness. She advises clients in litigation-sensitive environments on user acceptance, adoption strategy, and roadmap planning, including identifying quick wins and defining approaches to improve adoption and support subsequent implementation phases. She has defined and executed enterprise data and platform strategies that align technology investments with business and operational objectives. Her experience spans health and human services, healthcare, financial services, and large-scale data environments, with a focus on governance, scalability, and compliance with frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and FedRAMP.
Ms. Thiagarajan has led enterprise architecture strategy and modernization programs that integrated cloud-native platforms, event-driven architectures, and domain-oriented data design. She established enterprise data models, governance-by-design frameworks, and analytical access strategies that improved data quality, lineage, and observability across distributed systems. Her work included shaping migration roadmaps, designing shared processing and analytics capabilities, and implementing secure, policy-aligned controls across data ingestion, processing, and consumption layers.
