Jimil Patel has over eighteen years of strong conceptual and analytical skills and experience in implementing enterprise solutions. He has expertise in supporting all phases of EDRM project lifecycle and has assisted in writing several expert reports. Mr. Patel has led and managed data analytics projects, effectively interacting with clients and counsel to provide solutions and meet all project deadlines.
Mr. Patel is proficient in complex data analytics and has developed numerous software applications to ensure the integrity and accuracy of client data. He possesses broad knowledge and capacities in report writing for both structured and unstructured data using a multitude of tools including, but not limited to, Power BI, AWS Quicksights, and Tableau. He is proficient in working with DBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Lite, including big data warehouse like BigQuery and Redshift, and programming languages such as C#, Python and Visual Basic and is Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Data Management and Analytics.
Mr. Patel has hands-on experience with data extractions from on prem as well as cloud service providers, backend data manipulations, managing review workflows and creating complex load files. He is also proficient in eDiscovery tools like Relativity, Brainspace and IPRO.
Prior to joining Guidepost, Mr. Patel was a Managing Consultant in Structured Data Analytics for a strategic consulting, technology, and expert services company, where he delivered customized, innovative solutions for complex data challenges, including budgeting and project management. He has also served as a Litigation Support Specialist for the Federal Communications Commission/AAC, was a Sr. Analyst at an AmLaw 100 law firm and began his career at a global advisory firm providing e-discovery services, software, and consulting.
