Isabela Torres

Analyst

Isabela Torres is an analyst with experience in multi-jurisdictional investigations with local fieldwork in Latin America. She also participated in internal investigations involving litigation support, due diligences, background analysis, risk analysis and reputation management cases.

Prior to joining Guidepost, Ms. Torres was a paralegal at the law firm DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán in the mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate area. Isabela has experience in advising and accompanying local and foreign companies in the corporate and commercial lines of her work. She has also participated in transactions related to M&A in Colombia.

Ms. Torres is a lawyer with two minors, one in Entrepreneurship and the other in Management. While in college, she was an academic assistant in the class “Negotiation of Corporate and Financial Transactions.” She was also a member of Merger and Acquisition Seminar, and Finance and Investment Club at the University of Los Andes, where she held various leadership positions.
