Mr. Donald Kaufhold joins Guidepost as an associate director and seasoned leader in the fields of global anti-corruption, program development, and cultural change, with a strong focus on due diligence processes. He has demonstrated a consistent ability to collaborate with senior policy reviewers, expertly assess business-relevant issues from both legal and reputational risk perspectives, while delivering high-caliber work products that meet real-time business needs and support critical decision-making processes. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong dedication to excellence to his role, ensuring that the highest standards of integrity and compliance are upheld within the organization.

At Guidepost, Mr. Kaufhold works closely with investigation teams and company clients providing research, data analytics, team support and work product deliverables in compliance matters.

Prior to Guidepost, Mr. Kaufhold effectively led and coordinated global teams across various geographies at Accenture LLP. He possesses deep expertise in the fields of due diligence research, protocol development, process documentation, and quality assurance, and his experience extends to corporate compliance and change management.

Mr. Kaufhold has successfully managed and expanded research teams, enhanced cross-team communications, and optimized operational outputs. His leadership in negotiating contract renewals and ensuring compliance with global regulations was instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the due diligence process. He also provided valuable support to senior leadership on high-level initiatives, delivering time-sensitive risk management reports and analyses.

Mr. Kaufhold is accredited as an Anti-Bribery Specialist by TRACE International and has achieved Gold Level Information Security Advocate certification. In addition to his professional achievements, he has demonstrated a commitment to community leadership through his involvement in various musical organizations and initiatives.
