Bryce Pruitt is an associate consultant with Guidepost Solutions bringing more than ten years’ experience in physical security, low-voltage systems, and complex building technologies. Mr. Pruitt contributes significant technical experience with access control, video surveillance, fire and life-safety equipment, and building automation technologies, along with the technical skills needed to support system performance and operational continuity. His hands-on background in field operations gives him a practical understanding of how security systems are installed, integrated, and maintained to ensure reliability in demanding environments.
Mr. Pruitt began his career working directly with physical security and low-voltage technologies, where he developed extensive experience in access control, CCTV, video management systems, and system networking. Through this work, he built skills in equipment installation, device configuration, system testing, and troubleshooting. His responsibilities also included work with fire alarm components, building automation systems, and a range of infrastructure found in data, healthcare, commercial, and industrial facilities.
As his responsibilities grew, Mr. Pruitt supported the planning and execution of complex technical installations involving structured cabling, fiber and copper terminations, equipment rack setup, network connectivity, and system commissioning. He interpreted technical drawings and schematics, coordinated field activities, and verified that installed systems met quality, safety, and performance requirements. His work required close coordination with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project specifications.
Mr. Pruitt also managed project activities involving scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and field supervision. He guided teams responsible for physical security installations and infrastructure upgrades, maintaining quality assurance and safety compliance throughout each phase of work. His background included documenting field operations, evaluating equipment readiness, and supporting system reviews to confirm that installations functioned as intended.
In addition to his technical responsibilities, Mr. Pruitt developed skills in risk assessment, workflow planning, and operational oversight. He worked in environments that required strict attention to regulatory compliance, system reliability, and the performance of interconnected building and security technologies. His experience maintaining HVAC systems, boilers, chilled water equipment, and automation controls further strengthened his ability to support complex facility operations.
Mr. Pruitt’s experience in disciplined, mission-focused environments enhanced his leadership, training, and problem-solving abilities. His combined background in physical security, low-voltage systems, and building operations enables him to support monitoring, compliance, and security-focused assignments for Guidepost Solutions, ensuring that technical systems align with operational needs and perform reliably over time.
