Brooke Harley is a manager within Guidepost’s Technology Advisory Services practice and a data analytics professional with extensive experience managing complex data strategies in litigation and investigative settings.

Prior to joining Guidepost, Ms. Harley led analytics teams supporting federal litigation and investigations, setting data strategy, managing project execution, and ensuring the quality and defensibility of all deliverables. She managed client relationships, defined project scope, and delivered timely reports and visualizations for attorneys and senior stakeholders. Ms. Harley was known for translating complex analytical work into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Ms. Harley performed hands-on analytical work on complex, high-stakes healthcare-related matters. She relied heavily on SQL to clean, transform, and integrate large datasets, and worked closely with case teams to build clear, defensible analyses. Ms. Harley documented methodologies and data sources in detail to ensure findings could withstand scrutiny in litigation and regulatory settings. Her work included fraud pattern identification, outlier analysis, and building analytic frameworks to support federal investigations and recovery efforts.

Ms. Harley’s technical background includes Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Qlik Sense, and Python.
