Guidepost Solutions was retained by the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center to provide ongoing design and project development support for all campus security related upgrades and expansions. Our scope of services included reviewing existing conditions; coordinating with project stakeholders; developing design and request for proposal documentation; and supporting the procurement process.
Multiple projects are underway to assist the facility with centralizing its monitoring and control of remote campus buildings and enhancing efficiency.
