Guidepost provided security consulting and design support for the chain’s North America Corporate Security Team. Our team conducted assessments of all divisional warehouses and prototypical stores, conducted personnel investigations, developed security standards, and provided security training. Guidepost identified and measured gaps between the current state and best practices. Our team developed recommendations to align warehouses and stores to a consistent standard that reduces the overall maintenance costs and streamlines operational processes for a lower total cost of operation. Guidepost helped the company develop a workplace violence program in the United States, including the development of written policies, procedures, and training. Specifically, training courses included Workplace Violence Prevention and Management, Active Shooter Response, and Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management.
