EQ Office/ Blackstone Chicago, Illinois
Guidepost has partnered with EQ Office, and their parent company Blackstone, since 2005. One example
of our work was the massive “Re-imaging an Icon” repositioning project of Willis Tower: a $600 million
top-to-bottom renovation including over $5 million in security upgrades. Our scope of services included
full detailed design and construction administration. In addition, Guidepost is assisting EQ Office with
evaluating technology solutions to enhance the tenant and guest experience while providing a safe and secure
environment that conforms to the requirements of the SAFETY ACT.
