Guidepost supported the company as its Global Security and Resiliency (GSR) team went through a significant transition, which resulted in a nearly complete change in leadership and dynamic cultural realignment. Our team conducted an operational risk assessment, evaluated its security response team, assisted in drafting a revised Use of Force Policy, and worked to update its security documentation. Our work included an expansive review of GSR’s security and workplace safety policies and procedures. Guidepost’s work also included having a Guidepost team member serve as the Interim Head of GSR. Our team continues to collaborate with the company to provide loss prevention and supply chain risk management support.
