Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer of Guidepost Solutions, I focus on helping corporations resolve problems with government agencies, and ensure they are proactively addressing compliance requirements. Prior to joining the private sector, I held leadership positions with the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury and Justice. This includes serving as the Head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security’s largest investigative component, as well as the Assistant Secretary for Export Enforcement and the Chief of Staff for the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice. Throughout my government and private sector career, I have helped develop, implement and execute compliance programs and crisis management plans and responses across a wide range of industries for numerous companies. I am nationally recognized as a speaker for my expertise on compliance, security, immigration and other law enforcement issues and have testified before Congress.

Asha Muldro

Deputy General Counsel, Senior Managing Director

Asha Muldro is deputy general counsel and a senior managing director in the Los Angeles office of Guidepost Solutions. She directs an array of investigative, compliance, and monitoring matters for corporations and individuals and conducts proactive investigations to acquire evidence of corporate and individual wrongdoing, including the use of covert techniques. Previously, Ms. Muldro was a partner at an elite litigation boutique where she led white collar investigations, defense matters, and complex civil litigation cases and Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California.

Bradley L. Dizik

President, Emerging Issues + Technology

Bradley Dizik advises publicly held, private and not-for-profit institutions on integrity issues, including development and evaluation of ethics and compliance programs and related best practices, institutional structure and culture, risk oversight, board and committee structure, board and executive leadership, independent and internal investigations, and audits and assessments. Mr. Dizik is currently advising the President and Board of Regents of the University of Michigan on the implementation of internal controls and structural and cultural transformation efforts in response to its sexual misconduct crisis. He is also a key member of the team investigating and assessing the Southern Baptist Convention’s handling of sexual abuse allegations and related treatment of survivors and practice reform efforts.

Stephanie Douglas

President, National Security Practice

Stephanie Douglas focuses on sensitive internal and white-collar crime investigations, corporate security programs, intellectual property (IP) protection and investigations, and proactively educating executives about insider threats. She has extensive experience in the management of criminal and national security investigations, domestic and global security operations and policy development and strategy. Ms. Douglas has had a distinguished career in both the private and public sectors. After 23 years, she retired as a Senior Executive from the Federal Bureau of Investigations where she served in a variety of influential roles. She also served as the senior director of corporate security for Pacific Gas & Electric prior to joining Guidepost Solutions.

Executive Vice President, DEA Regulatory Compliance Practice

As Executive Vice President, Ms. Tongring leads Guidepost’s DEA Regulatory Compliance Practice, in addition to playing a lead role in overseeing a variety of compliance engagements, monitorships, and investigatory matters. She brings a vast background of investigative, governmental, regulatory, and compliance experience to Guidepost. Her experience allows her to provide clients with customized solutions that consider the client’s organization and culture, among other factors, to ensure these solutions are sustainable.
