Analyst

Tyler J. Kim is an analyst at Guidepost Solutions in Washington, D.C. Graduating with a degree in Government from the University of Virginia, Mr. Kim has a strong passion for public service, advocacy, and legal reform. He is analytical and research-driven, with a passion for legal research, policy analysis, and advocacy. He has a strong commitment to justice and human rights.

Mr. Kim aims to leverage his expertise to support impactful compliance assessments. He brings experience in legal and policy writing, is an effective communicator, and is proficient in data analysis. Mr. Kim is also efficient in synthesizing complex legal information for actionable insights.

Prior to joining Guidepost, Mr. Kim served as a development and legal review intern at Justice Ventures International (JVI), a nonprofit organization that focuses on legal services, anti-human trafficking, and human rights advocacy. In this role, he conducted legal research on human trafficking laws in the Philippines and assisted in editing and finalizing the Philippines Citizen’s Entitlement Manual. Mr. Kim also collaborated on research initiatives, enhancing operational strategies to further JVI’s mission.
