Guidepost Solutions Expands Technology Advisory Services with Key Hires to Meet Growing Demand for Data Governance and Financial Crime Mitigation

These strategic hires reinforce Guidepost Solutions’ commitment to providing cutting-edge expertise in data governance, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and financial crime consulting as organizations worldwide face increasingly complex data-related risks and regulatory requirements.

Moncure brings extensive experience in eDiscovery, data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence governance. He is responsible for leading, developing, managing, and monitoring the creation, implementation, and maintenance of large data governance programs for clients, including policies, procedures, internal controls, and compliance with relevant regulations. In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, Moncure is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a certified electronic records management practitioner.

Nott advises corporations and governments on criminal and regulatory enforcement matters, including anti-money laundering (AML) program design, anti-fraud controls, and integrity programs. His work includes directing analytics and model development for customer risk scoring, identity verification, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening, as well as implementing automated systems to evaluate the performance of surveillance platforms. Nott is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), a Certified Financial Risk Manager, and a Commissioned Bank Examiner.

The addition of Moncure and Nott with deep expertise in areas like AI governance, eDiscovery, anti-money Laundering, and advanced data analytics significantly enhances Guidepost Solutions’ capacity to help clients not only respond to compliance issues but also proactively design robust programs to detect and mitigate complex financial crimes.

Mr. Jordan Nott is a director within the Guidepost Technology Advisory Services division, advising corporations and governments on all aspects of criminal and regulatory enforcement matters; these include Anti-Money Laundering program design, and implementation of anti-fraud controls and integrity programs. He is a data and analytics professional with extensive experience designing and deploying technology-driven solutions to address complex challenges in regulatory and financial services environments. He has led cross-functional teams in the development of tools and models that support risk identification, compliance monitoring, and investigative efforts.
