His expertise includes project management, construction management, multi-disciplinary technology systems design, budget analysis, operational policies and procedures, and risk and vulnerability assessments. He develops results-orientated solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the project.
John Connolly
John G. Connolly provides subject matter expertise to large, international corporations regarding employer compliance with federal immigration laws, including visa compliance and reviews and remediations of I-9 forms and the E-Verify processes. He also works with firms in conducting due diligence investigations as well as providing subject matter expertise in support of litigation. He previously served as the Deputy Executive Associate Director for the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS-ICE). There he had a wide range of management responsibilities, including supervision of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) which included investigations involving money laundering, intellectual property rights and customs and immigration violations.

With more than 20 years of human resources and operations management experience, Ms. Jane oversees the company’s human resources, benefits, payroll and administration functions.

Ramone A. Kegler
Ramone A. Kegler brings 20 years of professional experience and expertise in the areas of program/project management and planning, physical security, implementation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance of installed networked security solutions. As a Principal Consultant within the Guidepost Solutions Project Management Team, he coordinates and assists the project managers in meeting project and client deliverables, milestones, and deadlines. He is responsible for building client contacts, responding to customer inquiries (RFI’s); reviewing and responding to project submittal documentation; and providing effective communication and project documentation. Mr. Kegler is highly skilled in his ability to work with internal teams to better create processes and procedures for accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
